About the Role

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer with strong expertise in video editing and visual storytelling, supported by solid graphic design skills.

The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for creating engaging video content for social media, performance marketing, campaigns, product launches, and other digital channels. While video editing will be the core focus of the role, the candidate should also have a good understanding of graphic design and be able to create supporting static creatives when required.

Prior experience with a skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or D2C brand will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality video content for social media, performance marketing, brand campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
- Own the video editing process from raw footage to final output, including storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, color correction, typography, and motion graphics.
- Develop engaging short-form content such as Reels, ads, product videos, UGC-style content, and brand-led videos.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to understand briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories.
- Repurpose and optimize video content into different formats and dimensions for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Create motion-led content, animations, text treatments, and visual effects to make content more engaging.
- Maintain consistency in visual language, editing style, and overall brand aesthetics across video content.
- Create supporting static creatives, social media assets, digital ads, and marketing collaterals when required.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality output within tight timelines.
- Stay updated with emerging video editing, social media, content,



and visual storytelling trends and bring relevant ideas to the brand.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, multimedia design, visual content, or a similar creative role.
- Strong video editing skills are mandatory; graphic design will be a secondary skill.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, color correction, typography, and visual composition.
- Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to translate a brief into engaging content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight timelines.

Good to Have

- Prior experience with a skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or D2C brand.
- Experience creating performance marketing videos and social-first content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Basic 3D skills using tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Understanding of current social media trends and content formats.

Mandatory: Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing their video editing work.
