We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to design, solution, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring a strong balance of technical architecture and hands-on implementation. The successful candidate will be actively involved in solution design, technical development, customisation, integrations, deployment, and problem-solving across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 10 - 15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 - 6 years of strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs.
- Remain hands-on with the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 customisations, extensions, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and appropriate middleware or integration patterns.
- Work with both low-code and pro-code development approaches where appropriate.
- Define technical architecture, solution patterns, implementation approaches, and best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability requirements.
- Work with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and setting management.
- Participate in technical troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimisation, production support, and complex issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders during solution design and delivery.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical planning, estimation, and implementation activities.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation,



including solution and integration designs.

Essential Experience &

Skills :

- 10- 15 years of overall technology, software development, or solution delivery experience.
- At least 5 - 6 years of strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customisation and extension techniques.
- Hands-on experience with areas such as :
- Plugins and custom development
- Workflows and automation

Power

Platform / Power Apps / Power Automate

- APIs and system integrations
- Azure services
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations or major technical workstreams.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated deployments, and environment management.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, testing, debugging, and maintainable code.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale or regulated environments.
- Strong exposure to complex system integrations and cloud-based architectures.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are advantageous but not mandatory.

What We Are Looking For :

We are looking for a technical architect who is still deeply hands-on and capable of taking ownership of the complete technical solutionfrom architecture and solution design through development, implementation, integration, and deployment.

Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on Dynamics administration, support, ticket handling, functional configuration, or people management without strong hands-on technical and implementation experience may not be suitable for this role.
