About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer & AI Video Creator who can turn ideas, scripts and concepts into engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of motion graphics, graphic design, video editing and AI video generation. You will work on social media content, advertisements, reels, brand videos and creative campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for social media and digital campaigns.
- Edit and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements and promotional videos.
- Create AI-generated videos, visuals, scenes and creative assets using up-to-date AI tools.
- Convert scripts and creative concepts into visually compelling videos.
- Create text animations, transitions, effects, typography animations and visual effects.
- Work with raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content.
- Create graphics and visual assets for social media, ads and branding campaigns.
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve creative output and production speed.
- Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Work closely with the creative, social media and marketing teams.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.

Required SkillsMotion & Video
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of motion graphics and animation principles




- Good understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions and sound design
- Knowledge of typography and visual storytelling

Graphic Design
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and composition
- Ability to create social media creatives and digital campaign assets

AI Video & Creative Tools — Must HaveThe candidate should have actual hands-on experience creating AI videos, not just basic knowledge of AI tools. Experience with tools such as:

- Runway
- Kling
- Veo
- Sora
- Higgsfield
- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- ChatGPT
- Other emerging AI video/image generation tools

Knowledge of AI avatars, lip-sync, AI voiceovers and AI-generated product/brand videos will be an advantage. What We Are Looking For
