Role Description The Montessori & Nanny Training Associate will be responsible for developing and delivering structured training programs for nanny candidates at Urban Parents Club. The role focuses on preparing nanny candidates with practical knowledge and skills in childcare, Montessori principles, child development, safety, communication, and age-appropriate activities.

The candidate will prepare training modules, lesson plans, learning materials, and practical demonstrations and conduct engaging training sessions for nanny candidates. The role will also involve assessing candidates' understanding, providing feedback, and continuously improving the training curriculum based on parent and childcare requirements.

A strong interest or prior experience in Montessori education, early childhood development, nanny training, childcare instruction, or vocational training is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop structured training modules for nanny candidates.
- Design practical, easy-to-understand lessons on childcare and early childhood development.
- Train candidates in Montessori-inspired activities and age-appropriate learning methods.
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions.




- Teach candidates about child safety, hygiene, nutrition, communication, and daily childcare routines.
- Prepare training materials, demonstrations, activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help candidates understand how to engage children through play, learning, and structured activities.
- Maintain and continuously improve the nanny training curriculum.
- Support parent education sessions and childcare-related community programs.
- Work closely with the operations and nanny placement teams to understand evolving parent requirements.

Qualifications
- Solid interest or experience in Montessori education, early childhood education, childcare training, or teaching .
- Prior experience creating training modules, lesson plans, or instructional content .
- Strong teaching, facilitation, and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify concepts and teach candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Practical understanding of child development and age-appropriate childcare practices.
- Montessori certification/diploma or early childhood education qualification is an advantage.
- Experience training nannies, caregivers, teachers, or other frontline childcare professionals is a strong advantage.
- Ability to conduct engaging, practical, and hands-on training sessions.
- Strong interest in training, instruction, curriculum development, and early childhood development .
