Role & responsibilities

1. Community Outreach & Engagement

- Conduct regular field visits to villages, schools, colleges, and community centers to promote NJF/KISC programs.
- Organize awareness drives, roadshows, and local events to engage youth and parents.
- Build relationships with Panchayats, local leaders, NGOs, and SHGs to facilitate mobilization.

2. Lead Generation & Mobilization

- Identify and mobilize potential candidates for various skilling programs through direct and indirect channels.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion in coordination with the admissions team.
- Support in organizing mobilization camps and enrollment drives in target geographies.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with government departments, educational institutions,



and community organizations for cooperative outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, logistics, and reporting of mobilization activities.
- Act as a bridge between the community and KISC to ensure feedback and continuous improvement.

4. Communication & Promotion

- Assist in developing localized promotional materials and messaging tailored to community needs.
- Support digital outreach efforts by capturing stories, testimonials, and field insights.
- Represent KISC in local forums and community meetings to build trust and visibility.
