Role Description The Mobiliser (Gurugram Sector 14) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for identifying, engaging, and inspiring local youth to enroll in Anudip’s skilling and livelihood programs. The role involves conducting outreach activities in communities, educational institutions, and partner networks, and organizing awareness sessions, mobilization drives, and counseling interactions with prospective learners and their families. The Mobiliser will maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads,



and conversions, and coordinate closely with training center staff to ensure smooth admission and batch formation.

The position also includes building and nurturing relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and local stakeholders to strengthen Anudip’s presence in Gurugram, and regularly reporting progress, challenges, and opportunities to the center and regional teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with youth, families, and community stakeholders.
- Candidates should have skills in community outreach, field mobilization, and relationship building to drive enrollment and sustain local partnerships.
- Candidates should demonstrate basic data management, reporting, and documentation skills to track mobilization efforts and outcomes.
- Candidates should have knowledge of local communities in Gurugram and an interest in youth development, skilling, and livelihood enhancement.
- Relevant experience in social sector work, education or training services, or grassroots mobilization is beneficial.
- A minimum of a higher secondary or graduate-level qualification from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for field visits, and collaborate with diverse teams is required.
