– MIXING OPERATOR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mixing Operator to operate and monitor mixing machines used in the production process. The candidate will be responsible for proper material mixing, machine operation, maintaining production quality, and following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor mixing machines as per production requirements.
- Follow the prescribed mixing formula, ratio, and process parameters.
- Weigh and load raw materials accurately into the mixer.
- Monitor mixing time, temperature, speed, and other required parameters.
- Ensure proper and uniform mixing of materials.
- Check raw materials before starting the mixing process.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and surrounding work area.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities or production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper production and batch records.
- Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements,



and production procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality departments to maintain product quality.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient machine operation.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Education: 10th / 12th / ITI preferred.
- Experience: 0– 1 years in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
- Positive discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Benefits: PF & ESI as per applicable norms.

Production Supervisor / Production Manager
