Job Summary

We are looking for a MIS Executive with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel to manage company data, prepare MIS reports, analyze information, and provide accurate reports to management and various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update employee, attendance, overtime, leave, payroll, production, dispatch, and other company data.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments.
- Prepare management dashboards, summaries, and performance reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain automated Excel reports and templates.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all MIS reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, Quality, SCM, Accounts, and other departments for data collection.
- Generate reports within defined timelines.
- Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform other MIS and reporting activities assigned by management.

Required Skills – Advanced Excel Candidate must have strong practical knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel,



including:

- IF, IFS, AND, OR functions
- SUMIF / SUMIFS
- COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
- IFERROR
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- Advanced Filter & Sorting
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Excel Tables
- Charts & Dashboards
- Data Cleaning & Formatting
- Text and Date Functions
- Logical and Lookup Functions
- Basic Excel automation and report preparation
- Power Query knowledge will be an added advantage

Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, or any relevant field.
- Good computer knowledge is required.

Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant MIS/Excel experience.
- Freshers with excellent Advanced Excel knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Manufacturing/industrial experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Salary Pay: ₹15,221.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
