Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead / Senior D365 CE Consultant Experience 8 10 Years Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead with 8 10 years of hands-on experience in D365 CE configuration, customization, architecture, and implementation, particularly within the Sales application .

The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership experience in delivering enterprise-scale CRM implementations , along with expertise in Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, C#/JavaScript/TypeScript, data migration, CI/CD, and modern AI capabilities such as Copilot Studio .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, primarily focused on the Sales application.
- Design scalable D365 CE/Dataverse architecture, data models, security roles, and environment strategies.
- Lead and mentor technical teams involved in enterprise CRM implementations.
- Develop custom solutions using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, FetchXML, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Design and implement integrations between D365 CE and external systems using Azure Integration Services.
- Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Webhooks for integration solutions.




- Drive data migration and ETL activities using SSIS/KingswaySoft and Azure Data Factory.
- Design and implement Power Pages/Portals solutions.
- Leverage Copilot Studio, AI Copilots, and AI agents to build conversational experiences and integrate workflows with Dataverse.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams to deliver CRM solutions.
- Support Power BI reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release management processes for D365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and governance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

Mandatory Technical Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- 8 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong experience in D365 CE Sales.
- Expertise in D365 CE configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture.
- Experience with Dataverse and complex relational data models.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse security roles, permissions, and workplace governance.
