Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced MES Solution Architect with 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems MES Manufacturing Operations Management MOM and Digital Manufacturing solutions The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in DELMIA Apriso robust knowledge of manufacturing processes enterprise integration and a proven track record of delivering endtoend MES transformation programs

While DELMIA Apriso expertise is the primary requirement the candidate should also have exposure to other MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter Critical Manufacturing SAP MEMII Rockwell FactoryTalk AVEVA MES Tulip Werum PASX or TrakSYS and be capable of leading complete MES implementations regardless of the underlying technology

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture Strategy

- Lead the architecture design and delivery of endtoend MESMOM solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards
- Define solution roadmaps target architectures technical standards and implementation strategies
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions leveraging Apriso other MES platforms or custom manufacturing solutions where appropriate
- Drive global MES implementations site rollouts upgrades harmonization and standardization initiatives
- Lead manufacturing digitalization and Industry 40 initiatives across plants and business units




- Develop architecture blueprints deployment models integration designs and reusable solution frameworks

Integration Technology Leadership

- Define and govern integration architectures between MES and enterprise systems such as SAP PLM Kafka OAS EWMWMS SCADA PLCs historians and shopfloor equipment
- Architect scalable secure and resilient solutions utilizing APIs web services eventdriven architectures MQTT OPCUA and Industrial IoT technologies
- Enable realtime manufacturing visibility machine connectivity traceability and operational reporting capabilities
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards cybersecurity requirements and operational best practices

Leadership Governance

- Lead architecture reviews technical governance and solution approval processes
- Identify architectural risks dependencies and mitigation strategies
- Mentor developers and technical teams on architecture principles MES best practices and delivery standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders customers and project teams on MES strategy and digital manufacturing transformation
- Support solution proposals effort estimations business cases and technology evaluations

Required Qualifications





- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Manufacturing Systems or a related field Masters degree is a plus
- Minimum 12 years of experience in MES MOM and Digital Manufacturing environments
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture Technical Architecture or Lead Consulting roles
- Proven experience delivering multiple endtoend MES implementation programs in global manufacturing environments
- Handson experience with DELMIA Apriso architecture and modules including Process Builder Dispatching Global Process Manager Performance Management and Quality Management
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes production operations quality management and manufacturing automation
- Proven expertise in integrating MES with enterprise and shopfloor systems such as SAP Kafka OAS PLM SCADA PLCs and WMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of APIs web services eventdriven architectures SQL C and modern integration technologies
- Ability to lead complete MES transformation programs and guide crossfunctional teams from business requirements through deployment and operational support regardless of the selected MES platform
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills
- Robust focus on reusable solutions best practices standardization innovation and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multiple MES platforms beyond Apriso
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks TOGAF ArchiMate etc
- Experience with Agile SAFe DevOps and cloudbased manufacturing solutions
