Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technical Manager with strong hands-on knowledge of machinery, mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and technical operations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling machinery-related technical issues and guiding the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise mechanical machinery maintenance and technical activities.
- Handle preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure quick resolution to minimize machine downtime.
- Supervise installation, dismantling, repair and servicing of machinery.
- Check and maintain bearings, gearboxes, shafts, pumps, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems and other mechanical components.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain machinery records.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth machine operations.
- Guide and supervise technicians, fitters and maintenance staff.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective measures.




- Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities.
- Read and understand technical drawings, machine manuals and specifications.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers whenever required.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide technical updates to management.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI qualification in Mechanical / Fitter / Machine Tool Maintenance.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance/technical operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of mechanical machinery and maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling maintenance teams and technicians.
- Ability to work independently and take technical decisions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with robust hands-on machinery knowledge will be preferred.
