We're a small hardware team in Hyderabad — two mechanical engineers, two embedded developers, and a floor of 3D printers running daily. We've built robotic vending systems with a SCARA arm, custom dispensers and in-house control PCBs, and we design and manufacture consumer products under our own brand. Our founder holds 19 patents across a 25-year engineering career.

Small team, real work. What you design gets printed the same week, tested, and put in front of customers — not filed away as coursework.

What you'll do

- Model parts in CAD and carry them from concept to printed, tested prototype
- Run our printers day to day — slicing, tuning, and working out why a print failed at 80%
- Redesign based on what actually comes off the bed, not what the render looked like
- Work alongside our embedded team on parts that house electronics, move, or hold tolerance

Must have

- Hands-on experience working on 3D printers — you've run them, tuned them, and dealt with failed prints yourself
- Working CAD ability in SolidWorks
- Able to start within a week
- Able to work full-time from our office in Hyderabad (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

Preferred





- Based in Hyderabad or Secunderabad
- You've repaired or upgraded a printer — hotend swap, extruder jam, layer shift, board replacement, cooling duct, enclosure, firmware
- You've built a printer from a kit or from scratch
- Formula Student, SAE Baja, Robocon or similar team experience

Share your printed work

Attach photos of 2–3 parts you designed and printed yourself — ideally the CAD screenshot next to the actual printed part. Applicants who share photos will be prioritised for interview. It's the fastest way for us to see what you can do.

Interview process

One in-person session at our office in Hyderabad, about 90 minutes. Bring your own laptop with SolidWorks installed and working. We'll go through your designs together and give you a short design exercise on your machine — nothing to prepare for, we just want to see how you approach a problem.

We review applications daily and call shortlisted candidates the same week.

Stipend: ₹12,000/month, full-time, in office
