About AniGearsAniGears Engineering Solutions is a growing industrial power transmission company dealing in engineering products such as gear couplings, grid/resilient couplings, pin & bush couplings, tyre couplings, cardan shafts, sprockets, V-pulleys, gearboxes, geared motors and other power transmission components.

We are expanding our engineering and manufacturing capabilities and are looking for a robust, hands-on Mechanical Engineer who can become the technical backbone of the company and support us in both our existing business and future manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide complete engineering and technical support for power transmission products including couplings, cardan shafts, sprockets, pulleys, gearboxes and gear motors.
- Handle reverse engineering, measurement and inspection of existing components at customer sites and develop suitable drawings/specifications.
- Prepare and review 2D/3D drawings, technical specifications, BOMs and product designs.
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for machining, forging, casting, heat treatment, balancing and other manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Conduct technical discussions, product presentations and seminars for customers, dealers and industrial clients.
- Accompany the sales team on customer visits for technical meetings, surveys, measurements and business development.
- Support enquiry evaluation, product selection, technical quotations and customer negotiations.




- Develop and improve existing products and assist in developing new power transmission products.
- Take responsibility for future manufacturing plant setup, including machinery selection, manufacturing processes, tooling, quality systems, production planning and vendor development.
- Eventually take a key role in running and managing the engineering/manufacturing operations of the plant.

What We Are Looking For
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of industrial power transmission products.
- Hands-on experience with couplings, cardan shafts, sprockets, pulleys, gearboxes/geared motors, gears or similar mechanical components.
- Good understanding of materials, machining, forging, casting, heat treatment, tolerances and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read, understand and prepare engineering drawings.
- Experience in reverse engineering and on-site measurements will be highly preferred.
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel for customer visits across India.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently handle technical responsibilities.
