About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth for our IT services and SaaS products.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calling, online research, and other channels.
- Contact prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and sales discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and customer information in CRM.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand and communicate product capabilities.
- Track sales activities, targets, conversions, and revenue.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential customer segments.





Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good English communication skills; Hindi/Gujarati is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and online lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, and social media.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.

Preferred
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or software products.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation tools.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
