Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for CT (Current Transformer) and PT (Potential Transformer) products.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with utilities, EPC companies, electrical contractors, panel manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Handle enquiries, understand customer technical requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial offers, and technical proposals in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement product promotion and brand-building activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Coordinate with production, design, quality, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track sales targets, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.




- Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network where applicable.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/sales in the electrical or power equipment industry.
- Experience in CT, PT, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Instrument Transformer, or related electrical products will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the electrical/power industry and B2B sales.
- Good understanding of technical specifications, tenders, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and preparation of sales reports.
- Solid target-oriented approach with the ability to develop new business.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
