CodePeet is a developer-focused learning and practice platform for software engineers, students, and aspiring developers.

We bring together DSA, coding practice, system design, LLD, HLD, SQL, AI engineering, interview preparation, interactive courses, AI mentors, coding submissions, practice environments, and much more — all in one platform.

We're now looking for a Marketing Intern to help us grow CodePeet.

The Role

This is a hands-on growth role. You won't just be creating social media posts. You'll work on user acquisition, creator partnerships, community growth, content distribution, and growth experiments.

You'll have the prospect to take ownership of campaigns and directly see the impact of your work.

What You'll Do

- Find and reach out to tech creators, influencers, educators, and communities.
- Build creator and referral partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Work on social media growth strategies.
- Connect with coding communities, college clubs, and student groups.
- Create and distribute content around DSA, system design, coding interviews, AI, and software careers.
- Repurpose existing CodePeet content into posts, carousels, short-form content, and community content.
- Research competitors, audiences, trends, and new growth opportunities.
- Run and experiment with different marketing campaigns.
- Track registrations, engagement, referrals, and conversions.
- Help build CodePeet's referral and ambassador programs.
- Come up with creative ideas to bring more users to CodePeet.

What We Look For





- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in technology, software development, education, or the developer ecosystem.
- Comfortable communicating with creators, students, and communities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, or Discord.
- Self-driven and willing to take initiative.
- Good written communication.
- Willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
- Results-oriented mindset.

- Experience growing a social media page or online community.
- Creator/influencer outreach experience.
- Affiliate or referral marketing experience.
- Marketing campaign or growth experience.
- Connections with tech creators, coding communities, or colleges.
- Basic understanding of analytics and conversion metrics.
