Role & responsibilities

You will handle end-to-end client outreach, manage performance marketing campaigns, analyze campaign data, and actively engage with potential clients across major social media platforms to generate direct sales.

Social Media Outreach & Engagement:

- Actively spend focused time daily on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to build brand presence and extend organic reach.
- Identify, connect with, and engage potential high-value clients across these platforms.

Selected Calling & Lead Generation:

- Perform targeted outreach and selected cold/warm calling to qualified leads.
- Nurture inquiries, pitch agency services, and drive lead conversions to close sales.

Performance Marketing:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google/LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor ad budgets, targeting, and ROI to ensure maximum campaign efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign metrics and audience data to extract actionable insights.




- Prepare basic performance reports for internal strategies and client updates.

Preferred candidate profile

- Language Proficiency: Strong, fluent communication skills (both spoken and written) in either English OR Gujarati (Proficiency in both is a major plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, understanding performance numbers (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates), and converting insights into action.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge: Hands-on experience or strong conceptual understanding of setting up and managing paid ad campaigns (FB/IG Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Sales & Outreach Orientation: Comfortable making direct calls, interacting with business owners/leads, and closing deals.
- Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of how algorithms, direct messaging, and content strategies work on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
