Role & Responsibility:

- Handling Domestic and International customer enquiries and coordinating with customers on a regular basis.
- Sharing company brochures, product information, COAs and other relevant documents with prospective customers.
- Coordinating quotations and commercial offers after management approval.
- Coordinating air freight quotations and shipment-related requirements.
- Following up with QC/QA for required documentation support to customers.
- Sharing pre-shipment documents and supporting order execution activities.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
- Supporting business development activities for domestic and international markets.
- Generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers.




- Participating in client meetings (domestic and international) as and when required.
- Assisting in exhibitions, trade fairs and promotional activities organized by the company.
- Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly marketing activity reports.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
