As a Manager - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology, you will lead and manage client service accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff within our Strategy practice. You will be responsible for driving client engagement workstreams, supervising teams, and independently solving complex problems to develop quality deliverables. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to inspire your team, navigate ambiguity, and uphold PwC’s quality standards while contributing to the firm's broader business strategies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with clients directly, helping them realize value from their corporate deals through strategic consulting. You will play a crucial role in delivering deal value by implementing the firm's methodologies and technology resources to meet client service expectations. Your ability to embrace technology and innovation will enhance your delivery,

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic initiatives in corporate deals technology to drive value realization
- Guiding teams through post-merger integration and carve-out processes
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement and M&A; strategy
- Engaging stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and deliverables
- Developing business administration frameworks to support private equity transactions
- Implementing strategic thinking to optimize deal integration outcomes
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement to address complex challenges and opportunities
- Applying business process improvement techniques to streamline operations and maximize efficiency

What You Must Have

- At least a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
