Responsibilities

- Analyzing client business requirements and developing tailored SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions

- Designing, configuring, and documenting SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client needs

- Leading client teams through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central project implementations

- Developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify and resolve process issues

- Providing application support and training to end users for seamless system integration

- Creating comprehensive documentation and training materials for client knowledge transfer

- Collaborating with clients to interpret business challenges and offer explicit recommendations

- Utilizing Microsoft tools such as Excel and Project for effective project management

- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and transformation initiatives

- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within client projects

- Managing project budgeting and planning to achieve successful outcomes





- Facilitating employee engagement strategies and talent management processes

- Supporting organizational development and change management efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 5 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials

- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration

- Leading client teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects

- Utilizing cloud implementation methodology for SAP projects

- Developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios

- Creating documentation and training materials for SAP modules

- Collaborating effectively with diverse teams and clients
