- Coordinate planning manager and fabricate job as per the schedule date.
- Follow and see that environmental and safety procedures and health and safety manuals are followed.
- Identification of non-conforming events related to workplace and safety and take appropriate actions in consultation with MR&A;/ Unit Head.
- Follow emergency response plan in case of emergency.
- Co-ordinate during mock drills.
- Responsible for departmental training.
- Preparing Actual Vs Planned production report with coordination with production engineers.
- Responsible for arrangement of manpower for each station.
- Responsible for Preparing WCS and PQR of different welding procedure and materials.
- Prepare of WCS for procurement of welding consumable.
- Co-ordinate and plan NDE at shop.
- Interpretation of RT films.
- Co-ordinate with TPI for all the inspection stages.
