Summary: Lead the company’s talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management strategies to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce aligned with the organization's business goals.
Responsible for inventory & quality of Human Resources – including mapping talent inventory,
understanding business needs, proactively acquiring desired human resources, keeping track of new hires in order to motivate & retain them.
Overall ensuring that Human Resources to be accretive & never a bottleneck for business growth.
Primary Responsibilities include
Manpower Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to anticipate and fulfil staffing needs across various departments.
Talent Acquisition:
o Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
o Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job roles.
Learning and Development:
o Conduct thorough training needs assessments across the company.
o Design and implement learning and development initiatives tailored to enhance employee skills and performance.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them based on outcomes.
Performance Management:
o Administer the company’s performance management system including Goal Setting in alignment with business objectives and an effective Performance Appraisal process o “Develop People” thru well administered training & development process.
o Develop & Calibrate “Reward & Recognition” process to drive engagements.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
o Develop strategies to foster a positive work environment & performance culture o Develop & implement initiatives for coaching & development incl. career path planning
Talent Risk, Retention and Succession Planning:
o Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key roles.
o Create and execute strategies to mitigate talent risks, including turnover and skills gaps.
Compliance and Policy Management:
o Ensure that all HR policies/ procedures comply with statutory/ legal requirements
Provide continuous feedback & guidance to management on human aspects of business
Additional Responsibilities
Key member of Management Team responsible for contributing to the development of the human resource strategy for the company.
Structured communication with business leaders, key employees, new hires for developing proactive talent management plans

Key Requirements
Graduate with additional qualifications in Human Resource Management.
At least 10 years’ experience in companies engaged in consumer products.
Business-level English comprehension & proficiency in MS Office or similar business software
Proven track record in the areas of responsibilities stated above.
