Accounting

- Complete P/L Responsibility with monthly management accounts
- AP, AR and GL management
- Bank and Inter company reconciliations
- Monthly Prepayment and accrual scheduling
- Monitoring and Managing overseas branches accounts remotely

Compliance And Regulation

- Ensure adherence to all financial compliances and regulations in India.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary changes within the company.
- Expertise in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) regulations and compliance.
- Manage GST returns, TDS returns, personal tax returns, and all other Indian tax compliances.

Audit And Taxation

- Coordinate and manage Statutory audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with all tax regulations.
- Implement strategies for tax planning and optimization.

Financial Management

- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decision making.
- Finalize accounts and ensure all financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.




- Work closely with the auditor for final standalone and consolidated audits.
- Preparation of Financial projection and Business plans.

Qualifications and Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) , CA (Intermediate) OR CMA OR MCom with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, Preferably from construction , Building materials, exports or a manufacturing setup.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.
- Proven experience in the consolidation of accounts with international companies.
- Strong knowledge of GST returns, TDS returns, personal tax returns, and other Indian tax compliances.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in financial softwares ERP systems , Advance MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
