We’re looking for a dynamic Manager – Crew Training, Licensing & Scheduling to join our Flight Operations team and play a key role in keeping our crew trained, licensed, current, compliant and ready to fly.

Key responsibilities

- Crew Training: Plan and drive the annual training programmes covering recurrent, upgrade, type-rating, instructor/examiner, CRM, DG, AVSEC and other mandatory training.
- Licensing & FATA: Ensure timely management and renewal of CPL/ATPL, ratings, medicals, ELP, FATA, endorsements and other regulatory requirements.
- Crew Scheduling & Rostering: Lead monthly crew rostering with optimum utilisation while ensuring 100% FDTL, rest and regulatory compliance.
- Day-of-Operations Support: Manage crew disruptions arising from sickness, AOG, weather, ATC constraints and other operational challenges, keeping the operation moving safely and efficiently.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with DGCA CARs, approved FDTL schemes, SMS/QMS and company procedures.
- Records & Audit Readiness : Maintain accurate, secure and inspection-ready crew training, licensing, medical and roster records.
- DGCA & Quality Audits:



Coordinate regulatory, customer and internal audits, and drive timely closure of findings through effective CAPA and root-cause analysis.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage training, simulator, licensing, positioning and rostering budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and timely invoice processing.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach and develop the Crew Scheduling and Training & Licensing teams, ensuring strong capability and 24/7 operational support.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion digitisation, automation, dashboards and effective use of crew management/rostering systems.
