Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leasing and managed office solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver occupier services and meet client needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform business development decisions

Requirements





- 8-12 years of experience in business development, commercial real estate, and leasing
- Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, including co-working and managed office solutions
- Experience working with companies such as Colliers and WeWork
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
