We’re looking for a Manager - Accounts & Finance – CA/ACCA to join our team in Ahmedabad and become part of a dynamic environment supporting UK residential real estate & PBSA portfolios.

? What will you work on?

? Prepare monthly management accounts for UK real estate portfolios

? Handle rent reconciliations, arrears tracking & income analysis

? Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and support forecasting

? Work on bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

? Post journals including accruals, prepayments & depreciation

? Monitor key financial KPIs and provide performance insights

? Support asset & commercial teams with financial analysis

? Ensure strong financial controls and UK accounting compliance

? Support audits and statutory reporting requirements

? Work closely with operations teams in a fast-paced UK real estate environment

? What are we looking for?





✅ CA / ACCA qualified professionals

✅ Strong knowledge of management accounting & financial reporting

✅ Experience in UK accounting / real estate accounting / property management will be highly preferred

✅ Hands-on experience with reconciliations, journals, variance analysis & financial controls

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
