About the Role

Are you a CA with a strong background in Indian Accounting & Tax Compliance, looking to lead from the front? We are seeking a business-minded Manager / Senior Manager to take ownership of a client portfolio, drive statutory compliance, and lead a high-performing team.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to 15–25 clients while managing and mentoring a team of 6–8 accountants.

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management: Lead end-to-end accounting, direct tax (Income Tax, TDS), and indirect tax (GST) compliance for 15–25 clients.

Team Leadership: Supervise, review, and mentor a team of 6–8 accountants to ensure accuracy, high quality, and strict adherence to timelines.

Financial Finalization: Oversee month-end/year-end closing, preparation, and finalization of annual financial statements and Balance Sheets.

Client Advisory & Communication: Proactively communicate with clients to retrieve financial documentation, address queries, and maintain robust operational governance.

Banking & Governance: Manage client payment instructions via maker-checker portal workflows and maintain rigorous internal controls.
