Role Overview We are looking for experienced professionals with 2-3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles who are eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Selected candidates will undergo a 3-4 month structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program to gain in-depth exposure to our business operations, processes, performance management, and operational frameworks before independently managing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage day-to-day business and operational activities
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze business data
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance updates
- Assist in process improvement, SOP creation, and workflow documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
- Support onboarding, training, task allocation, and operational follow-ups
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
- Work on business projects and provide data-driven insights
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time MBA is mandatory
- MBA specialization in Operations, Finance, Analytics, Business Management, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles is mandatory
- Freshers are not eligible for this position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in NOAM/EMEA shift timings
