This role is ideal for someone who wants high exposure across business, growth, marketing, digital execution, and operations rather than being restricted to a single function.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team on high-priority business initiatives.
- Identify problems, analyse them, and independently work towards practical solutions.
- Take ownership of tasks/projects that directly impact key business metrics.
- Support digital marketing and growth initiatives, including Meta Ads and campaign execution.
- Assist in managing and growing social media channels and digital presence.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and track their performance.
- Analyse campaign and business data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with different teams and take up responsibilities as required.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer/user research when required.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate insights to the leadership team.
- Continuously experiment, test new ideas, and improve existing processes.
- Be willing to work on ambiguous problems where there may not be a predefined process.
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Startup experience of 6 months 1 year preferred.
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads and campaign execution.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Strong execution mindset focus on getting things done and moving the metric.
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. from a reputed college.
- Candidates from any engineering branch may be considered if from a positive college.
