Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day activities of the Patiala branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Target Achievement: Drive academy enrollments and meet monthly performance goals.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate staff to maintain high standards of education and customer service.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and presentable image as the face of the academy.
- Client Relations: Engage with students and clients to ensure a premium experience.

Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 1 years of experience specifically within a Beauty Academy or a similar educational/training environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of being target-oriented.
- Personality: Must possess a "Good Personality" and maintain "Presentable Looks" in line with beauty industry standards.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively handle inquiries and team management.
