Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee plant maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Job Requirements :
- 16-29 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of plant maintenance principles, including predictive/predictive maintenance techniques.
- Proven track record of reducing downtime through effective planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
