DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.




- Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements.
- Develop and follow maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff and technicians.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment function correctly.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Analyse equipment performance data and suggest improvements.
- Install current equipment and systems as needed.
- Work to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Computer Knowledge – SAP system
