Job Details:

Responsible for the overall machine’s maintenance in steel division of the company including workshop & site.

Required Qualification & Work Experience:

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of total working experience with at least last 5 to 8 year’ s of experience in similar position like Maintenance In charge / Maintenance supervisor /Workshop In charge etc.
- Hands on experience of 4-6 years as maintenance supervisor/Workshop Supervisor/Technician supervising the work of machine maintenance ie MIG welding machine, Power press, shearing machine, Magnetic drilling machine, CNC & Plasma cutting machine, Arc Welding machine, EOT Crane.
- Should have positive knowledge of proper functioning and equipment use in steel manufacturing processes. This includes routine inspections, repairs, and coordinating with maintenance teams.
- Preventive Maintenance developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and increase the lifespan of machinery. This involves scheduling regular maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Should possess computer knowledge
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- The candidate should manage a team of maintenance technicians,



assigning tasks and overseeing their work to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out effectively and safely.
- The Candidate should Identifying and diagnosing equipment issues and breakdowns, and taking prompt action to resolve them to minimize production disruption.
- The Candidate should develop and managing the maintenance department’s budget, including allocating resources efficiently and optimizing costs.
- Should be able to manage a team of 5-8 people at a time
- Age 30-40 years.
- Abroad working experience will be considered as an added advantage
