Key Responsibilities

- Installation and Setup:
- Install recent air conditioning and cooling systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Conduct system tests to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and cooling systems.
- Repair or replace defective parts to restore system functionality.
- System Monitoring:
- Monitor system performance and perform routine checks to identify potential issues.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to assess system health and efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.




- Follow company safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to service requests promptly and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in air conditioning and cooling systems maintenance and repair.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
