Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Production Engineers / Manufacturing Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Machine Shop . The candidate should have positive exposure to CNC machining, production planning, shop floor management, process improvement, and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Machine Shop operations.

- Monitor production activities and achieve daily/monthly production targets.

- Handle VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers, Assembly and Testing operations.

- Manage machining processes including Broaching, General Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, and Surface Grinding.

- Prepare production plans and ensure smooth workflow and optimum machine utilization.

- Monitor production performance, identify process gaps,



and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety standards, and shop floor discipline.

- Support CNC programming, machine setting, and process optimization activities.

- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues to minimize downtime and rejection.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and KANBAN practices.

- Improve productivity, quality, machine utilization, and overall shop floor efficiency.

- Maintain production records and prepare daily/periodic production reports.
