We’re hiring a Luxury Sales Head to lead our Luxury Tea Division. Looking for a candidate who is like an entrepreneur and fascinated by building a business from the ground level. The role demands prior experience of 5 to 10 years in launching similar luxury products to B2B segments like the premium hotel industry, Caffe chains, Gym chains, and SPAs. Prior relationship in the

International network of distributors/aggregators will be an added advantage. The role has huge growth opportunities opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Building a threshold sales volume in the shortest period.

Relationship Building through travel and communication.

Guiding the group with a strategy to take it to the next level.

Being a key team member as Brand Ambassador

Building an effective long-term team.

Communicating effectively with various stakeholders within the organization and outside.

Requirements:

5 to 10 years of work experience in similar fields.

Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Academic qualification- Graduate or Post Graduate.
