Visit local shops and small businesses such as: ○ Grocery Stores ○ General Stores ○ Restaurants ○ Salons / Hair Cutting Shops ○ Retail Shops ○ Traders ○ Small Business Owners Identify potential customers and explain Business Loan products. ● Understand customer business and loan requirements. ● Collect required KYC and financial documents. ● Verify customer and business details before loan login. ● Complete the loan application and coordinate with the processing/credit team. ● Follow up with customers from login to disbursement. ● Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers. ● Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. ● Cover the assigned market within the 25 KM branch radius. ● Maintain positive customer relationships and provide proper service.
