Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of model outputs with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Experience with handling large datasets and optimizing model training workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and scalable infrastructure.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
