Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our coworking spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in commercial leasing, coworking/flexible office spaces, and handling MNC and corporate clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive leasing and occupancy of coworking and managed office spaces.
- Generate and convert leads from corporates, MNCs, startups, SMEs, and other business segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MNC and corporate clients, decision-makers, HR teams, admin teams, and facility managers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable workspace solutions.
- Negotiate rental, lease terms, lock-in periods, deposits, fit-out requirements, and other commercial terms.
- Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation to closure and agreement execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, finance, legal, facilities, and management for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly track enquiries, site visits, proposals, and closures.
- Identify market trends, competitor pricing,



and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual leasing and revenue targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify expansion/upselling opportunities.
- Prepare regular leasing reports, forecasts, and management updates.

Required Skills & Experience
- 58 years of relevant experience in coworking, commercial real estate, managed offices, business centres, or commercial leasing.
- Proven experience in handling MNC and corporate clients.
- Robust corporate communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing and workspace solutions.
- Good client relationship and networking skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage the leasing process from enquiry to closure.
- Valuable knowledge of Hyderabad's commercial real estate/coworking market will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Candidates from coworking companies, commercial real estate firms, managed office providers, business centres, or commercial property leasing companies will be preferred.
