We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to drive design discussions, lead technical execution, and interface directly with key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture discussions, and solution reviews for Salesforce implementations.
- Directly engage with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce architecture.
- Write clean, modular, and performant code (Apex, LWC, Integrations) while upholding robust engineering standards.
- Utilize AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to streamline development, optimize code, and accelerate delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews,



and mentorship to team members to foster technical growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep technical knowledge across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and system integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience or working familiarity with AI development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Solid analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and architecting resilient solutions.
