Job Title: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

Experience Range: 7 to 10 Years

Hiring Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Kochi/TVM/Noida/Gurgaon/Pune

Job Summary

UST is looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio, as the current implementation is heavily built on the LWC and OmniStudio framework. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce development experience, strong technical leadership capabilities, and proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with onsite teams, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications.

Must Have Skills

Salesforce Development

- 6 to 9 years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Robust hands-on expertise in:
- - Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Framework
- Salesforce Integrations
- Salesforce Administration & Configuration

- Experience in at least 3 Salesforce implementation projects involving LWC and Lightning development.

OmniStudio

- Hands-on experience in OmniStudio across:
- - OmniScripts
- Integration Procedures
- DataRaptors
- FlexCards

- Minimum:
- - 3 OmniStudio projects, OR
- 1 project with at least 10 months of OmniStudio experience.

Integrations & API Development

- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using:
- - REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Web Services
- WSDL
- Security Standards (SSL)
- Force.com APIs

- Hands-on experience working with:
- - Bulk API
- Metadata API





Salesforce Platform Expertise

- Apex Classes and Triggers
- SOQL and SOSL
- Aura Components
- Governor Limits and Salesforce Best Practices
- Workflow Rules
- Validation Rules
- Approval Processes
- Reports and Dashboards
- Security Model
- Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules

Database & Deployment

- Strong knowledge of:
- - SQL / PL-SQL
- Database schemas

- Experience in:

- ANT Migration Tool

Certifications (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning technologies.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development activities and mentor junior developers.
- Build scalable integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Implement OmniStudio solutions including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limit considerations.
- Perform code reviews and support deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support Salesforce administration activities when required.
