Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end embedded hardware design, development, validation, and product release.
- Design and review schematics, PCB layouts, component selection, and system architecture.

Maintain compliance with relevant electronic system regulations and industry standards System Integration & Prototyping.
- Translate product requirements into hardware architectures selecting the right motors, sensors, cameras, actuators, connectors, and power electronics for each platform.
- Drive design reviews, DFMEA, SI/PI, reliability analysis, EMC/EMI compliance, and functional safety considerations.
- Lead and mentor a team of electronics engineers setting technical standards, reviewing designs, and developing the next generation of hardware talents.
- Be the hardware voice in cross-functional planning with mechanical, firmware, and software teams Procurement & Vendors.
- Build and maintain a reliable supply chain for components and assemblies identifying vendors, negotiating costs, and qualifying alternatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years in electronics/hardware engineering with at least 23 years leading a team




- Deep expertise in PCB design and review using Altium, KiCAD, Eagle, or equivalent
- Design and development of AC-DC Power Converters (up to 50kW).
- Design and development of DC-DC Converters (isolated and non-isolated topologies).
- Hardware design for Motor Controllers/Inverters.
- Experience in high-speed PCB design and signal integrity analysis.
- Experience with BLDC, PMSM, and Induction Motor drive applications. • End-to-end hardware design including schematic capture, component selection, PCB layout review, and debugging.
- Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers, SoCs, DSPs, and FPGA-based systems.
- Experience with multimedia interfaces, display technologies, audio systems, and connectivity modules for industrial or automotive infotainment platforms.
- Knowledge of Automotive Ethernet, CAN, LIN, and USB interfaces.
- Design and integration of RF and wireless communication systems (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, BLE, Zigbee, Cellular, GNSS, etc.).
