As a Lead Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our cutting-edge navigation and piloting systems.

You will:

- Lead the design and development of advanced software applications tailored to maritime needs.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and R&D; to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

About the Ideal Candidate

You bring:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering,



Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience in system architecture and scalable software solutions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Expertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical direction.
- Experience in: Go, TypeScript, React, and AWS serverless services.

Must Have :

- Go language experience minimum 4 years
- React and Typescript experience
- React and Typescript experience with 10+ years in software development
- Team Lead experience or led small teams or solid leadership potential
- Backend-focused with hands-on full-stack experience
