Location: Remote
Position Type: Internship (Unpaid – School Credit, Mentorship & High-Growth Experience)
Time Commitment: 10–15 hours/week
About Us
We build launch-ready MVPs for startup founders, craft custom software solutions for growing businesses, and partner with brands to scale their digital presence. We take complex technical ideas and transform them into lean, scalable V1 products while running high-performing content engines focused on tech, SaaS, B2B services, and modern software development.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and strategic Lead Content Intern to run our content engine. In this role, you won’t just be writing - you will act as a Content Lead/Editor. You will manage a small team of content creator interns, oversee our Notion content workspace, refine social media strategies across LinkedIn and X/Twitter (for our brand and client accounts), and ensure content drives real business engagement.
This is an exceptional leadership chance if you want hands-on experience in content management, editorial leadership, agency operations, and B2B tech marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Notion Workspace Management: Own and maintain our central Notion content calendar, editorial workflow, and asset vault.
Team Leadership & Onboarding: Help onboard, guide, and give editorial feedback to content creator interns to maintain high quality and consistency.
Content Strategy & Ideation: Analyze what’s working, suggest strategic content hooks (Top, Middle, and Bottom-of-Funnel), and ensure posts resonate with startup founders and business owners.
Writing & Editing: Review daily/weekly drafts for brand voice, clarity, and engagement.
Step in to write high-converting LinkedIn and X/Twitter posts when needed.
Strategy Execution: Ensure content cleanly balances industry trends, technical teardowns, educational frameworks, and direct call-to-actions (CTAs).
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Prior experience writing content for LinkedIn and/or X (Twitter) (personal brand, campus organization, or previous internship).
Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to give constructive feedback and guide peer creators.
System-Minded: Proficient in Notion (or quick to master database setups, boards, and editorial workflows).
Business Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp B2B concepts, custom software solutions, and startup MVP development.
Self-Starter: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping a team on schedule without micro-management.
What You Will Gain
Real Leadership Experience: Direct experience managing a team, running editorial workflows, and building a content engine from scratch.
Executive Mentorship: Direct access to founder-level strategy in the software and startup ecosystem.
Portfolio & Proof: Proven metrics and published content assets to showcase your leadership and marketing skills on your resume.
Recommendation Letter & References: Strong, detailed LinkedIn recommendations and formal reference letters upon completion.
Incentives: Potential for performance bonuses based on qualified leads generated through content campaigns.
