About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Lead Architect - Senior Design Manager / Design Manager (Architecture) with extensive experience in architectural design, specializing in residential luxury villas. This role focuses exclusively on architectural expertise and excludes interior design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design, plotting, and master planning to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the land acquisition team for feasibility analysis and preparation of testfits.
- Coordinate with sales teams, project managers, and consultants to align project timelines and space programming.
- Organize and lead project kick off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams.
- Critically review consultant deliverables, providing constructive feedback through various project phases.
- Ensure compliance with Ispravas standards and protocols throughout planning and implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Work closely with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to finalize designs.
- Guarantee all designs adhere to Indian building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee execution quality and provide guidance.
- Address design challenges proactively and offer technical solutions to construction teams.




- Supervise snagging and final inspections before project handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) mandatory
- Masters degree in Architecture or Urban Planning advantageous
- Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Solid skills in PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced knowledge and hands on experience with SketchUp
- Familiarity with Revit and USGBC standards is a plus
- Prior onsite experience preferred

Preferred Profile Extensive experience in architectural practice

Background in real estate design management
