As a Lead Analyst - Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are managed exceptionally and delivered flawlessly. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work closely with global teams and collaborators, driving the development of innovative gaming experiences. What You'll DoManage the delivery of features from inception to approval, liaising with collaborators throughout the development processTrack and report progress on projects, including achievements, risks/issues, and burndownsMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesCoordinate and report on multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on accuracyProvide estimates on new developments and track estimates versus actualsRecognize, convey,



and monitor all project dependenciesManage collaborator expectations and promptly address urgent issuesCommunicate development progress and commercial timelines to teamsFacilitate meetings with global teams and collaboratorsInteract with delivery managers, development teams, product managers, quality teams, compliance teams, and senior leadershipUpdate project status using Project Web App for PowerBI/Fabric reportsMaintain data accuracy in required systems and publish regular and ad-hoc reportsIdentify, communicate, and carry out continuous improvement activitiesParticipate in developing effective PMO program/project tools for process standardizationEnsure projects adhere to the established governance framework

What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in a Project Management roleDegree in software engineering, project management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experienceHaving a Scrum Master/Agile certification or PMP is advantageous but not requiredExtensive experience in full life cycle project management, including planning, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and internal negotiationsExperience within the gaming sector is preferred but not requiredExcellent written and oral communication skills,



including report writing and presentationsStrong interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively within a group settingCapacity to communicate and negotiate with all levels of staff and managementAbility to lead projects across multiple geographies successfullyStrong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerBI, JIRA, and ClarityCapacity to perform effectively under pressure on high-profile projectsSolid organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of the Agile Framework
