What You'll Bring to the Table:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Leadership & Client Experience: 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical projects, with a proven track record of direct client interaction, consulting, or technical account management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate deeply technical AI concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical client stakeholders.
- Core Engineering: Expert-level Python proficiency and solid software engineering practices (CI/CD, Git, automated testing), with additional familiarity in Go, Java, or TypeScript for comprehensive ADK implementations.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proven hands-on experience building, deploying, and managing applications on GCP.
- LLM Production Experience: Demonstrable history of shipping applications using LLMs, specifically Gemini models, and contemporary agentic frameworks such as the Google ADK.
