We are looking for an experienced and responsible Laundry Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our laundry facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily laundry operations from receiving clothes to final delivery.
- Supervise laundry staff and allocate daily duties and work schedules.
- Monitor washing, ironing, folding, dry cleaning and packing operations.
- Ensure clothes are processed correctly and maintain high quality standards.
- Handle customer orders, queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing garments.
- Monitor laundry chemicals, packaging materials and other supplies.
- Manage inventory and coordinate purchases when required.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline.
- Handle billing and maintain daily sales/collection records.
- Reduce garment damage, customer complaints and operational wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness,



safety and hygiene standards within the laundry.
- Coordinate with management and provide daily operational updates.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in laundry, hotel laundry, dry cleaning or garment care operations preferred.
- Experience managing staff and daily operations.
- Valuable customer-service and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain records and handle billing.
- Must be responsible, organized and able to work independently.
- 2-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates from Raipur preferred.
