We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure enterprise network architectures with a strong focus on Micro Segmentation and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing hybrid enterprise environments across data centers, campus networks, and cloud platforms while driving strategic security initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise-wide Micro Segmentation strategies to minimize lateral movement and strengthen network security.
- Develop and implement Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure network security solutions.
- Lead security architecture initiatives to ensure resilient, high-performing enterprise infrastructure.
- Collaborate with application owners to perform dependency mapping and define segmentation policies.
- Integrate micro segmentation solutions with firewalls, SIEM platforms, and other enterprise security tools.
- Conduct network security design reviews and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Support risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and security governance activities.
- Design, implement,



and maintain security controls across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve the organization's overall security posture.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network security solutions.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

- 10 years of experience in Enterprise Network Security.
- Strong hands-on experience with : Micro Segmentation, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Enterprise Firewall Technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper).
- Solid understanding of : Network Security Architecture, LAN/WAN Technologies, Routing & Switching, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM Platforms.
- Experience securing hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of enterprise data center technologies and network infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as : CCNP / CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, CISM.
- Experience working in large-scale global enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
