Role Description The Laboratory Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The technician will perform routine laboratory tests, prepare specimens, and operate laboratory equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining laboratory instruments, recording and analyzing test results, and supporting quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable data. The role also involves organizing lab materials,



adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, collaborating with healthcare and technical teams, and promptly reporting any irregularities or equipment issues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid laboratory skills, including sample handling, test execution, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with laboratory equipment, including operation, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess experience in quality control practices, including validating results and following standardized procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret test data, identify anomalies, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience working as laboratory technicians or in related clinical or research laboratory settings.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technology, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
